When you are dealing with web design and hosting, domains and domain names are subjects that will feature countless times. Many people are not able to tell the real difference between web hosting and domain names. In the internet realms, these two terms mean very different things. They are however related as they both deal with websites and their functioning. Web hosting is defined as the service that enables organizations, companies, institutions and even individuals to make their websites visible to other people in other locations. The service is offered by web hosting companies that have dedicated servers from where people can view the websites. These servers are hired to hold the website contents and relay it on the internet for a specified period of time. Since these servers can hold thousands of websites from various sources, each site needs a unique address that helps to trace the exact webpage amongst the thousands that are in the servers. This address is what is called the domain name. Domain addresses are assigned by the web hosting firms.

If the sender cannot confirm the e-mail, computer users should delete the item and empty the deleted items folder.

Kundalini is often depicted as two snakes rising from the sacrum bone at the base of the spine and twining themselves up the spine as they rise towards the head. This twining movement en – compasses all of the chakras until the snakes meet, face to face, at the top. This motion and path represents the process of self- realization, which is the result of the awakened Kundalini. This state of self-realization is considered a state of entering into real- ity. Every aspect of self – the physiological, mental, emotional and religious is connected by the Kundalini – the great and constant spiritual energy. Awakening Kundalini is a means to experience a union with all that is and is not within the Universe. The energy or vibrations of Kundalini are the manifestations of care, healing and wisdom that exists beyond the limited self and yet embraces the self as a valued member. In the Western World, this image has been internalized through the use of the caduceus as the symbol for medicine.
